I have a buddy looking to build a PC for alot of Media work. Can anyone recommend a setup that would be around $1,000 that includes a monitor and keyboard? He also is looking for quad core. Thanks for any help.

Total after shipping: $1020.86 and then up to ~$40 of MIR.

Did he need a mouse and a Windows CD?
