Well, liquid cooling is only necessary for overclocking. Also, it can be risky because if you have the slightest leak, you can mess up the hardware. Despite the hot weather, air cooling should be sufficient enough and even if your stock parts aren't getting the job done, aftermarket parts can push even more air if necessary. I've been using my case fans for a good 3+ years and they haven't really slowed down and have been getting the job done. If you notice drastic temperature increases when doing your rendering and such, you may want to invest in a better heatsink+fan for your processor.

i'm not sure what it is but the past week my room has been significantly hotter than the rest of my house, so much that once you step through my doorway you can feel the difference, my finger points to my computer, but i put my hand by thefans and such and it doesn't seem that hot.

Heh yea, your computer will emit a lot of heat. In addition, your LCD monitor/HDTV. Same thing with my room so the best thing to do is open a window, turn off your computer at night, turn on some fans, etc. But yeah, your computer is most likely the culprit of your heat problem. It's nice to have as a mini heater for the winter :P but sucks for the summer :(

too hot? need cooling down?

Well, just ask Larry how he enjoys his 'Kool-Aid Bathtub' liquid cooling system that comes with 2 boys dancing in it

Whenever larry feels excited or 'overheated' he just cools down with some other guys in a bathtub of sweet delicious liquid joy
